world war II was a war of survival not only for the men and women fighting in it but also for one perticular race we all know to be the jews. Jews from all over europe were taken from their home and towns to be prosicuted for their beliefs. The jewish people were either killed directly or taken to concentration camps and either worked to death to just killed. Families were broken up and seperated into camps all throughout europe , many of these jews thought nothing of these camps and were expecting to live.
life in these camps were horrifically unreasonable, hard wood beds were made for three or four people to share which made the spreading of disease enevitable. The food that the living were served was watered down soup of bug infested bread. these worstening accomidations were only for jews who the germans used for work, but the jews who were considered useless were sent to camps call death camps. In these death camps the jews were ultimatly there only to die and no other reason, gas chambers and crematoriums were build to assist the germans in their extermination plan for the jews.
Although many jews did survive the holocaust, millions of others died in the camps. These jews were striped of every right and were only given a number to live for, many died thinking that they were hated. Stories about these camps are told even today from people who spent time in the camps and lived.
